I think guns dont cause violence but the people that use them do, however, some dont agree. In many court cases people have been declared the right to bear arms. In some courts however they have come in conflict with this law. The Miller vs. Us (1939) was one. In this case there was the arrest of a man for possession of an unlicensed, sawed-off, large shotgun. The defense was that it violated their 2nd Amendment rights. Do you think this is true?
